Structural Design Engineer

Structural Design Engineer (In-house or Retainer)

We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to support our growing portfolio of high-end residential and villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review structural design drawings and calculations

Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors

Review structural modifications and provide value engineering solutions

Support villa and large-scale residential developments from concept to execution

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and relevant UAE authority regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of proven structural engineering experience in Dubai

Strong knowledge of Dubai authority submission and approval processes

Experience in villas and large-scale residential projects

Excellent team coordination and communication skills

Ability to work in-house or on a retainer basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
