Role Overview:

The Structural Drafter will work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, unafraid to ask questions, and eager to support, train, and coordinate efforts with both the team and the Project Manager. Responsibilities include drawing, backchecking, and being observant to create high-quality construction documents to company standards.

Key Responsibilities/ Skills:

• Demonstrates a foundational knowledge of structural calculations and their application as per current building codes and standards.

• Interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Sketch details and mark-up plan for draftsmen to draw.

• Back check and coordinate plans and details with requirements from calculations and building code. Review and mark-up plans and details as needed to present information to draftsmen, plan examiners, and contractors.

• Research building codes and standards.

• Complete projects in a timely manner and meet deadlines.

• Continue learning by participating in webinar trainings on a regular basis.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and knowledge of materials such as wood, steel, masonry, and concrete.

• Familiarity with specifications for regions including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Asia.

Pay: ₹10,026.63 - ₹41,817.95 per month
