Structural Draftsman

IMMEDIATE JOINER REQUIRED.

MUST HAVE ATLEAST 3-5 YEARS OF UAE EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION.

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Develop detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and civil layout plans for construction projects.
• Review and revise drawings based on engineers’ and clients’ comments.
• Ensure all drawings are in compliance with local authority standards and company quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and site teams for drawing clarification and updates.
• Maintain an organized record of drawings, revisions, and related documentation.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) when required.
• Support project teams during design reviews, submissions, and approvals.
• Stay updated on new drafting techniques, materials, and construction standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
