About the Company:

We are a creative and fast-growing interior design and fit-out company, known for delivering high-quality, innovative spaces across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We are currently looking for a talented Draftsman / Interior Designer to join our team and help bring our concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to create accurate design layouts and working drawings.
• Convert conceptual sketches into technical drawings.
• Modify and update drawings as per design revisions and site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, company specifications, and local regulations.
• Participate in site visits to take measurements and coordinate with execution teams.
• Assist in material selection, mood boards, and presentations when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Revit is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of interior detailing, joinery, and technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in interior design or fit-out projects preferred.
• Attention to detail and passion for design excellence.
