Structural Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and technical plans for various projects, including residential, commercial, and interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with Dubai authority regulations (DDA, Trakhees, DM, DCD, etc.).
• Revise drawings based on feedback or changes in project requirements.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and approval submissions.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and verification when necessary.
• Ensure that all drawings meet technical, safety, and authority standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draftsman in the UAE (fit-out or construction industry preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Dubai Authority approval procedures is a plus (DDA, DM, DCD, Trakhees, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary:

Based on experience and qualifications.
