Structural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with strong expertise in structural erection and PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience overseeing erection activities, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring safe and timely execution of structural works. This role is a 6-month deputation, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all structural erection activities at site.
• Manage and coordinate PEB structure installation, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Review structural drawings, erection plans, and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor daily progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and updates for management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• BE in Civil/Structural Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in steel structural erection.
• Strong exposure to PEB structure erection is essential.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and erection plans.

• Duration: 6 months (extendable based on project requirements)
• Location: DLF, Tharamani, Chennai
• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (all inclusive)
