Structural Engineer

At Schematic Engineering Consultants, we are looking for a Structural Engineer with strong UAE consultancy experience to manage structural design, authority coordination, and construction-stage technical support across residential and commercial projects.

Role Focus

This role focuses on structural design development, authority submissions, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compliant, and construction-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review structural calculations, analysis models, and IFC drawings in compliance with UAE and international standards
• Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, and authority teams to ensure fully integrated and compliant designs
• Manage structural authority submissions, technical clarifications, and responses to CFR comments
• Review and approve structural shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and method statements
• Conduct structural site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Support project close-out, as-built verification, and authority completion requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering 3–5 years UAE consultancy experience (Dubai mandatory)
• DM G+4 or G+12 License (Grey Card) & SOE Registration – Mandatory
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, PROKON
• Strong understanding of UAE construction codes and authority regulations
• UAE Driving License – Preferred
