Structural Fabrication & Erection

We are seeking a qualified Civil/Mechanical Engineer experienced in Structural steel fabrication and erection works to support our Project Management Consultant (PMC) team at the project site in Lucknow. The role involves supervising, monitoring, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance during structural steel and RCC works execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee structural fabrication and erection activities at site as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Review fabrication drawings, welding procedures, and material traceability documents.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and issue NCRs / observations as required.
• Coordinate with design, QA/QC, and safety teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress and inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and project-specific HSE requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Civil/Mechanical engineering graduate or Post graduate
• 8–12 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and erection works.
• Prior experience in PMC / EPC supervision roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of Fabrication drawing review , QA/QC processes, welding inspection, and safety compliance.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
