Structural Fabricators

• Blueprint and drawing interpretation: Study engineering drawings and blueprints to understand project specifications and plan the fabrication process.
• Material preparation: Lay out reference points and patterns on metal stock according to specifications, and prepare materials by preheating if necessary.
• Cutting and shaping: Use various machines like brake presses, shears, and cutting torches, or hand tools, to bend, cut, and shape metal components to the required dimensions.
• Assembly and fitting: Assemble fabricated parts using welding, bolting, or riveting to create complete units or subunits.
• Machine operation: Operate heavy-duty metalworking machinery, including computer numerical control (CNC) equipment.
