Position Purpose
This position is responsible for designing structures for Solar PV Systems.
Job Description

Develop standardized structure packages for various PV module installations such as rooftops, PEB sheds, carports, shells, ground mounts etc. to optimize installation efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Design structures to withstand various wind speeds and capacities, ensuring structural integrity and safety.

Responsible for optimizing structure designs to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality and safety.

Develop designs for both single and dual-axis tracking systems to maximize solar panel efficiency.

Conduct structural analysis, generate Bills of Materials (BOM), and vet proposed structures with suppliers to ensure feasibility and compliance.

Perform on-site structural inspections, verify materials, and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Manage project profitability, maintain client relationships, and ensure deadlines are met by collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external teams.

Conduct on-site inspections to gather data on as-built conditions, ensuring conformity with design plans and standards.
Experience and Qualification
- B.Sc. Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University.

02 to 04 years of relevant experience preferably in managing large scale Solar projects.
Specific Requirements

Proficient in SAP2000, CAD, ETABs, etc.

Strong understanding of wind load considerations and structural analysis.

Experience in project management and client relationship management.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
