Position Overview
The firm is seeking an Of Counsel to join its finance group, specifically within the structured finance subgroup. This role is open to multiple office locations, including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties
- Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently
- Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product
- Successfully meet deadlines and expectations
- Foster positive work relationships
- Comply with all firm policies and practices
- Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including working at a computer for extended periods and participating in meetings
- Manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- JD
- Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
- Minimum 9 years of structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience
- Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Good business judgment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Research and problem-solving skills
- Conceptual thinking

What We Offer
- Salary range: $475,000 - $525,000 per year
