Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Student Counsellor to guide and support students interested in IELTS, PTE, and similar language proficiency courses. The ideal candidate should be able to counsel students professionally, onboard them smoothly, and close admissions as per the assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding IELTS, PTE, and other language certification programs.
• Understand students’ goals and guide them toward the most suitable course.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by closing sales effectively.
• Onboard students and achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
• Maintain follow-ups with leads and keep accurate student records.
• Assist in demo classes, orientation sessions, and student assessments.
• Guide students about exam formats, preparation strategies, and training plans.
• Address student queries in a professional and supportive manner.
• Collaborate with instructors and management to support student learning outcomes.

Requirements

• Female candidate between 25–32 years.
• Bachelor’s degree (Education background preferred).
• 1-2 years of prior experience in student counselling, sales, or educational services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet targets and handle sales-related responsibilities.
• Organized, presentable, and able to manage student follow-ups effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of student learning pathways and study-abroad processes.
• Confidence in speaking to individuals and small groups.
• Positive attitude with a student-centered approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
