Job Description
ECU Department of Campus Living is currently seeking several Campus Living Front Desk Assistants.
This is a part-time position, reporting to the Front Desk Manager, supporting all areas of Campus Living including Housing Operations, Residence Life, Dining, and Business Services that is expected to fulfill the following general roles and responsibilities:
· Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, and welcoming them while at the Campus Living Front Desk in Jones Hall
· Answer, support, and direct phone calls as appropriate to both internal and external campus partners
· Perform administrative duties such as record keeping, office organization, assisting with daily operations, and special projects
· Maintain the Campus Living vehicle calendar
· Provide University and Departmental representation including assisting with Special Events
· Role modeling and representing Campus Living and ECU in a positive light
· Perform other duties as assigned including tasks from all areas of Campus Living
