Primary Objective

Achieve and materially improve student enrollment outcomes for the academic year by meeting defined enrollment objectives and strengthening the school’s presence within the local community.


Role Purpose

The Student Enrollment & Community Relations Officer is responsible for driving, accelerating, and improving student enrollment performance by converting prospective family inquiries into confirmed enrollments. The role carries direct responsibility for achieving enrollment objectives and requires a proactive, results-focused approach aligned with the school’s strategic priorities.


Key Responsibilities


Student Enrollment Performance

  • Own enrollment outcomes for assigned intake periods and enrollment cycles.
  • Lead enrollment conversations with prospective families and guide decision-making toward confirmed student placements.
  • Execute targeted follow-up strategies to increase inquiry-to-enrollment conversion.
  • Deliver enrollment results aligned with agreed enrollment objectives and timelines.
  • Identify enrollment barriers and implement practical solutions to improve outcomes.

Admissions and Enrollment Execution

  • Lead families through admissions and registration processes once enrollment intent is secured.
  • Coordinate documentation, placement, and onboarding with academic and administrative teams.
  • Ensure enrollment completion is timely, accurate, and compliant with school requirements.

Community Relations and Market Presence

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the local parent and community network.
  • Represent the school professionally in community interactions, meetings, and outreach initiatives.
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the school’s visibility and enrollment pipeline.

Operational Collaboration and Reporting

  • Provide leadership with clear, outcome-focused enrollment updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align enrollment strategy with capacity and placement.
  • Recommend process improvements based on enrollment performance and market feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
  • Prior experience in enrollment, admissions, recruitment, community relations, PR, sales, or a results-driven client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work toward clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and follow-up skills.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and discretion.
  • English required; Arabic is an advantage but not required.
