Position: Learning Mentor

About the Role

At Xylem, we believe students succeed when they are supported both academically and personally. As a Learning Mentor, your role is to guide, motivate, and support students. You’ll work closely with students, teachers, and parents to help create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support

• Build strong, supportive relationships with students
• Lead activities that promote confidence and character
• Be a trusted point of contact for students

Academic Monitoring

• Track student progress and identify areas of improvement
• Support teachers in developing focused learning plans
• Follow up with students to keep them motivated

Parent Engagement

• Share regular updates on student performance
• Attend meetings with parents and staff
• Provide guidance to help parents support learning at home

Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and behavior
• Use basic digital tools to monitor and report progress

Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
