Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Visa Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the complete visa application process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about visa processes, requirements, and documentation for different countries.
• Counsel students and professionals on suitable visa options based on their profiles and career/education goals.
• Assist clients with preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications.
• Maintain strong communication with embassies, consulates, and related authorities when required.
• Keep records of applications and client communications in an organized manner.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and changes in visa rules.
• Handle client queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Management, or related field).
• Prior experience as a Visa Counselor/Student Counselor/Immigration Consultant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of visa processes (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple applications and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,673.10 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
