Studio Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Pilates studio.The ideal candidate will support various studio operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional experience while managing scheduling, client communications, and administrative tasks that help the studio run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all studio areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust surfaces as needed.
  • Take out trash.
  • Replenish supplies.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance and repairs needs to owner.
  • Prepare and organize studio documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Monitor inventory of office, retail, and studio supplies.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting the wellness space environment.
  • Car needed.

Compensation

$20 an hour.

2-4 hours a week

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour
