Studio Interior Design Director

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in interior design, preferably with project/team management experience in high-end residential/luxury sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. Familiarity with project management software a plus.
• Project Stages: Experience across all stages pre-concept, concept, schematic, detailed, and technical.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential projects, design processes, and team leadership.
• Professional Registration: RIBA, LEED, or similar relevant certifications desirable.
• Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, etc.) advantageous.
• Location Expertise: Prior experience in UAE, UK, or Saudi Arabia preferred; open to exceptional international talent.
• Personality: Inspirational leader, excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and highly collaborative. Able to manage a relaxed culture while upholding standards and supporting business growth.
