Studio Manager

Fizz Facial Bar is seeking a Studio Manager who is a high performer & well-loved by clients and fellow employees, offers support and guidance to fellow Skin Pros, and aligns with the values of our company. The goal of the Studio Manager is to support the Skin Pros as well as ensure excellent client service.

Compensation begins at $20/hr and increases based on experience, availability, job duties.

Requirements:

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
• At least 1 year of experience in leadership or management
• Has demonstrated effective leadership skills
• Has excellent communication skills and customer service skills

Responsibilities:

In addition to performing services, the responsibilities of Studio Manager include but are not limited to the following:

• Conducting morning huddles and setting daily goals
• arrange coverage for call-ins and requests off
• performance evaluations of Skin Pros
• See that all duties on the Skin Pro Daily Checklist are completed and ensure that all Skin Pros are performing services following protocol and policies.
• Establish training schedules and plans for new Skin Pros according to Fizz University standards
• Train existing Skin Pros on new or updated protocols and responsibilities as they become available
• Provide coaching/demonstration sessions for current Skin Pros as needed to ensure all skin pros have the skills necessary to be successful
• Recruit and interview Skin Pro candidates

• Have excellent working knowledge of the employee handbook, protocols, and policies

The Studio Manager is a key-holder and will gain access to passwords and other proprietary information. Therefore, they must be of the utmost integrity and are willing to take on a great deal of responsibility, including but not limited to the above list of duties. The Studio Manager must be ready to delegate, coach, and most importantly, lead by example to create the optimal work environment for our staff and an unparalleled experience for our clients.
