Position: Bartender/Server
Reports To:  Director of Food and Beverage

Summary:
Provide exceptional food and beverage service by delivering a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, present menus, and make recommendations
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare drinks, including cocktails, wine, and beer
• Upsell menu items and promote specials
• Handle payments and operate POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and bar areas
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and opening/closing duties

Requirements:

• Prior serving/bartending experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Open availability required

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
