Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and confident Study Consultant (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IELTS counseling and prior exposure to working in a visa consultancy or education consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding IELTS, PTE, and Duolingo test preparation programs
• Provide accurate guidance on study options and language test requirements
• Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) professionally
• Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets
• Maintain strong relationships with students and ensure follow-ups
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth student onboarding
• Maintain proper documentation and student records

Requirements

• Experience: 1.5 – 2 years as a Study Consultant or similar role
• Prior experience in a visa consultancy or education consultancy is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of IELTS (mandatory); familiarity with PTE and Duolingo is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, target-oriented, and presentable personality
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Location: Gulberg
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
