BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE (SUMMARY)

Subcontract Specialist is responsible for supporting the Subcontract Manager in developing organization’s terms for business with relevant suppliers which provides best value/service and mitigates operational risks. Ensures that the Agreements & contracts are adhering to contractual compliance and performance for identified key suppliers

• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support operational success.
• Oversees the tracking, analysis, and continuous improvement of departmental KPIs to drive performance excellence.
• Provides expert technical guidance on subcontracting matters that impact product and service delivery.
• Delivers accurate, timely reporting aligned with organizational policies, standards, and requirements.
• Ensures strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards while driving accountability and continuous improvement across the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualification:

Minimum 5 years of experience in an aerospace maintenance and aircraft operating environment, preferably in military, of which at least 3 years in a similar position in managing end-end contract lifecycle (Cradle to Grave) contract management
