Subcontractor Management Unit Lead

DFDS is looking for a Subcontractor Management Unit Lead to strengthen our logistics operations and ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing out all procurement processes related to purchase of logistics services
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers, conducting price negotiations and signing agreements
• Ensuring budget optimization by performing cost analysis
• Monitor supplier performance and take actions for improvement
• Evaluating new logistics service providers through market research
• Increasing the efficiency of processes by developing procurement strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Team management
• Analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet, supply chain management and logistics purchasing
• Knowledge of contracts with logistics service providers, pricing and cost analysis
• Competent in negotiation, contract management and supplier relations
• Has a proactive approach
