We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Submission & Review Coordinator (ECO4). The successful candidate will be responsible not only for managing ECO4 project submissions but also for reviewing and checking the quality of jobs to ensure full compliance and accuracy before submission. This is a key role requiring excellent organisational skills, technical knowledge of ECO4 measures and surveys, and the ability to liaise effectively with surveyors, installers, energy companies, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the submission of ECO4 projects in line with scheme requirements and deadlines.
  • Review and quality-check jobs to ensure measures meet technical standards and compliance before submission.
  • Verify survey reports, photos, and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Ensure all documentation and evidence meet Ofgem and energy company requirements.
  • Coordinate with surveyors, installers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing evidence.
  • Maintain clear communication with energy companies to track submissions, resolve queries, and ensure smooth approvals.
  • Prepare reports on submission progress, job quality, compliance, and project status.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement of submission and review processes.
  • Collaborate across departments to maintain efficient workflows and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in ECO4, ECO3, or related energy efficiency schemes is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of ECO4 compliance requirements, surveys, and funding processes.
  • Proven experience in reviewing/quality-checking jobs and technical submissions.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong clerical and data management skills, able to handle large volumes of documentation accurately.
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and document management platforms is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
