About the Role
B2B Realty is seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator to
support our operations and property management teams. The QA Coordinator will be
responsible for ensuring that all units, vendor work, and property exteriors meet our high
standards of quality and functionality. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented,
reliable, and passionate about quality control, especially within construction, property
management, or operations. Previous QA or inspection experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities

Conduct unit inspections to ensure mechanicals, plumbing, and electrical systems are functioning properly.
- Inspect units for leaks, backups, outlet issues, and other maintenance quality concerns.
- Review vendor and contractor work quality to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform property exterior inspections for curb appeal and maintenance quality.
- Audit inspection reports to verify completion, accuracy, and adherence to QA checklists.
- Collaborate with maintenance and field teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Identify recurring quality issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Support additional tasks and projects assigned by leadership, including special audits
and reporting.
Requirements

Previous experience in QA, inspection, or audit roles preferred (property management experience a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify issues quickly and accurately.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple inspections or tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of maintenance systems, unit condition, and construction quality preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management or inspection software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent follow-through on assigned responsibilities.
