Officer – White Label & Third-Party Vendors

About us:
ACE Money Transfer is a UK-based multinational company headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom. ACE Money Transfer provides online remittance services to individuals in 28 countries across UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia, enabling them to send money across borders in over 100 countries.

Role Purpose:
Support the execution of ACE’s White Label and Third-Party Vendor initiatives through structured partner coordination, documentation control, and operational follow-ups. The role ensures that all internal and external stakeholders remain aligned throughout onboarding, integration, and post-launch phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain partner trackers, documentation repositories, and onboarding status updates.
• Coordinate information flow between ACE’s internal teams (Compliance, IT, Finance, Legal) and external partners.
• Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and due-diligence checklists for prospective white-label or vendor partners.
• Monitor project timelines and flag delays or dependencies to the Team Lead.
• Support testing, go-live readiness, and initial performance reviews for new partnerships.
• Manage routine partner communications and provide administrative and analytical support.
• Contribute to reporting dashboards and meeting summaries.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in partnerships, operations, or project coordination (fintech or financial services preferred).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with workflow or CRM tools (Click-Up, Power BI, Jira, or equivalent).
• Good written and verbal communication.
