Subscription Growth Manager

Digital Sub is a fast-growing digital services company focused on subscription-based solutions, helping businesses drive recurring revenue and customer engagement. We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Subscription Growth Manager to lead our growth initiatives and expand our subscriber base in Qatar.

Role Overview
The Subscription Growth Manager will own strategies to acquire, engage, and retain subscribers across multiple digital channels. This role blends marketing insight, data analytics, and creative problem-solving to drive measurable growth and maximize lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Analyze customer behavior, subscription trends, and campaign performance to optimize growth
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to design compelling offers and campaigns
• Implement A/B testing and performance tracking to maximize ROI
• Manage subscriber lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, upselling, and re-engagement campaigns
• Leverage CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms to enhance subscriber experience
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience in subscription growth, digital marketing, or product growth roles
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
• Proficiency with CRM, email marketing, and growth analytics tools
• Creative thinker with experience designing customer acquisition campaigns
• Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills
