Job Description

Subsidiaries HR Generalist Responsible for supporting and coordinating HR activities across both the subsidiaries and headquarters, ensuring full alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role contributes to sustaining effective HR operations, supports key people-related processes, and assists in implementing group-wide initiatives. Acting as a central point of coordination, the HR Generalist promotes consistency, fairness, and unified HR practices across the organization.

  • Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of the annual Manpower Plan for the stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with stakeholder managers to understand hiring needs and ensure recruitment and internal movements align with the approved Manpower Plan (MPP).

  • Participate in reviewing, updating, and maintaining Job Descriptions, ensuring alignment with organizational structure, job grading, and HR policies.

  • Support the stakeholder in processing promotions, verifying eligibility, and ensuring documentation and policy compliance.

  • Maintain trackers for promotions, transfers, and internal mobility within the stakeholders' scope.

  • Participate in the annual Training Needs Analysis cycle for stakeholders.

  • Ensure stakeholders follow the company’s HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation for stakeholders.

  • Address employee inquiries, concerns, and requests from the stakeholders.

  • Support in grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions at the stakeholder level.

  • Support the implementation of performance management processes, probation evaluations, and performance documentation.

  • Promote a positive, consistent employee experience for all stakeholders.

  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and corporate governance across stakeholders.

  • Ensure accurate implementation of company regulations, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures within stakeholders' areas

  • Provide insights from HR metrics to support decision-making and workforce planning for stakeholders.

  • Maintain updated HR records for all stakeholders' employees.

  • Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, leave balances, etc.) for stakeholder groups.

  • Ensure accurate HR data entry and proper use of HR systems (HRIS/ATS) across stakeholders.

  • Support audits and ensure data accuracy with stakeholders.


    Solid understanding of HR policies, labor law, and regulatory compliance.



    Proficiency in HR systems and tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll platforms, performance systems).



    Strong knowledge of job profiling and talent sourcing techniques.



    Ability to conduct HR data analysis, prepare reports, and use Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI is a plus).



    Knowledge of performance management frameworks, training needs identification, and employee documentation procedures.


    Education


    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
