Job Description:
Ensure the fulfillment and collection of all required hiring documents for newly hired employees in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain and update employee records in both hard copy and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage the enrollment and removal process of employees in the company’s medical insurance plan and handle related requests.
Manage interactions with governmental entities such as labor offices and social insurance offices to ensure compliance.
Support the process of monitoring and following up on employee contract renewals as per company policies.
Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and ensure the accuracy of HR data and documentation.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or personnel.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of HR systems and database management.
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
Familiarity with labor law and social insurance regulations.
