Desired Competencies:-
1. 6 to 8 years of experience in SuccessFactors with at least 3+ year experience in Work Force Analytics
- Certified in SuccessFactors Work Force Analytics and Planning
- Hands on experience in 3 full life cycle implementations of SuccessFactors with at least 2 of them involving Workforce Analytics.
- Hands on experience with Workforce Analytics and knowledge of analytics driven insight for HR organizations
- Experience in Core Metrics and Analysis Options
- Experience in Metrics Catalogues, Metric Definitions, Drill down Capabilities, Filters
- Ability to analyze trends across multiple metrics and dimensions using an interactive user interface and articulate the findings as necessary.
- Ability to generate reports and dashboards using an interactive user interface and a rich library of visualizations and chart types
- Ability to publish and distribute reports, including charts, in Adobe PDF and/or Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint formats
- Ability to create built-in benchmarks to measure the Customer against peer organizations
- Ability to automate email distribution of reports to designated Users and schedule reports to run at specific times
- Well versed in Security and Permissions for Work Force Analytics and Success Factors.
- Ability to drive client requirements, business process and configuration workshops
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
Good understanding of payroll processes for example, gross payroll, overtime payments, allowances, paid timeoff, benefits, superannuatation, super stream, employee taxes, overpayments, deductions, balances and totals
Designing, implementing and supporting complex reports in SF WFA
Should have worked on both Functional and Technical testing in all SuccessFactors WFA modules
