Assist with updating and organizing training materials within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Help track employee training completion and maintain accurate records
Support preparation of presentations and materials for new employee orientation
Assist HR staff during orientation sessions and onboarding activities
Create or update training documents, guides, and visual materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides)
Help compile basic reports on training participation and completion
Provide administrative support for HR education and development initiatives
Collaborate with HR team members on projects related to employee learning and engagement
Education : Two years of high school required. Some internships may require a bachelor's degree; or enrolled in and nearing completion of an undergraduate degree or terminal degree in a field relevant to the internship
Other Minimum Qualifications:
Interest in human resources, healthcare administration, education, or business
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Basic computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel or similar tools
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with HR team members
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare environment
Must be at least 16 years of age. Assignments that use chemicals or power tools require intern to be at least 18 years of age.
