Learn & Play Academy is a family-owned, inclusive preschool serving children ages 2–6. We combine play-based learning, structured academics, and social-emotional development in a fun, supportive environment.

Our summer program is theme-based, hands-on, and full of engaging activities designed to create memorable experiences for children and staff alike!

Position Overview

We are hiring energetic, nurturing educators to lead and support our summer preschool classrooms.

Ideal candidates are:

• Passionate about early childhood education
• Fun, creative, and hands-on
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Open to learning ABA-aligned strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, theme-based summer activities
• Support play-based learning (art, sensory, movement)
• Maintain a safe, structured classroom environment
• Use positive behavior support strategies
• Support daily routines and transitions
• Communicate with families and team members

Qualifications

• Knowledge of early childhood development (ages 2–6)
• Experience in a preschool or childcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Reliable transportation
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willing to obtain)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain)
