<Responsibilities>

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging, age-appropriate curriculum plans that support and develop the whole child.
• Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and respectful behavior.
• Work closely with children to support their social-emotional growth, behavior management, and overall well-being through personalized attention and guidance.
• Facilitate activities that promote motor skills development, early literacy skills, and cognitive growth tailored for preschool-aged children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's activities, progress, and milestones.

<Qualifications>

• Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; classroom experience preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies.
• Ability to manage a classroom confidently while fostering a safe and nurturing atmosphere for toddlers and preschoolers.
• Demonstrated commitment to child safety and welfare.

Pay: $12.50 per hour
