Super App UI & UX Analyst

Job Description:

• Senior UX/UI Designer with a balance of strategic thinking, design expertise, and hands-on execution.
• You will play a key role in defining product vision, improving usability, and delivering delightful end-to-end experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX/UI design process for e& mobile applications, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final assets.
• Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing design solutions.
• Drive design workshops, user research, and usability testing to validate concepts and ensure a user-first approach.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, features, and roadmap.
• Maintain design systems, guidelines, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with other designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, trends, and technologies, applying them appropriately to improve product quality.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Basic visual design and self-learning skills to ensure effective integration of the newest design trends.
• 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI and product design, preferably in digital products (web and mobile).
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, visual design, and product thinking.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required
