Superintendent - Construction & Infrastructure

Job Summary:

The Superintendent will oversee and manage construction and infrastructure projects on-site, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and specifications. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and technical expertise in civil, structural, and infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site, including civil, structural, and infrastructure works.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and approve daily reports, work schedules, and material deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, incidents, and resource utilization.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and challenges.
• Mentor and guide site teams, promoting best practices and professional development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale civil and infrastructure works (roads, bridges, utilities, buildings, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office tools.
