Job Summary

The FOH Supervisor is responsible for supervising all Front of House catering operations within the camp, ensuring high standards of food service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The role oversees dining hall operations, service staff, and guest experience while ensuring compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

FOH Operations & Service

  • Supervise daily FOH operations in dining halls and catering outlets
  • Ensure timely and efficient meal service according to schedules
  • Monitor food presentation, portion control, and service quality
  • Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

Staff Supervision & Training

  • Allocate duties and shifts for FOH staff (waiters, stewards, cleaners)
  • Train staff on service standards, hygiene, and customer interaction
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
  • Promote professional behavior and teamwork

Hygiene, Food Safety & HSE

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HSE standards
  • Enforce proper personal hygiene and PPE usage
  • Ensure cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Support audits, inspections, and client visits

Guest Relations & Customer Satisfaction

  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen and camp management to resolve service issues
  • Maintain positive relationships with camp residents and clients

Inventory & Equipment Control

  • Monitor FOH equipment, crockery, cutlery, and linen
  • Report shortages, breakages, or damages
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of service items

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily service reports and attendance records
  • Coordinate closely with Kitchen Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, and Camp Manager
  • Report operational issues, incidents, or manpower needs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in FOH or catering operations
  • Previous supervisory experience in catering camps, hotels, or large cafeterias preferred
  • Knowledge of food service operations and customer service standards
  • Experience working in multicultural environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£57,000.00 per month
