About the Role:

The Store Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring smooth daily store operations, managing product displays, and coordinating with suppliers. This role requires someone with proven retail experience in the GCC and established supplier networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee store operations, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage orders and deliveries.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for presentation, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Support the store team in achieving sales and operational targets.

Qualifications:

  • 5–6 years’ retail or store operations experience.
  • Strong supplier connections and market knowledge in Oman & GCC .
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operations.
