Sales & Performance
- Supervise daily sales operations to ensure store targets and KPIs are achieved.
- Motivate, coach, and support sales staff to maximize productivity and performance.
- Monitor individual and team sales, providing guidance to meet or exceed goals.
- Implement promotional activities and ensure proper execution on the sales floor.
Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor staff interaction with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Staff Management
- Schedule, assign, and oversee sales team duties.
- Provide training and continuous development for sales staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and give constructive feedback.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed by all staff.
Operations & Administration
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and store cleanliness.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
- Assist in stock counts, audits, and loss prevention measures.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the link between sales staff and higher management.
- Communicate company goals, promotions, and updates to the team.
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, etc.) to support retail operations.

Experience:
- mobile phones and mobile accessories field: 3 years (Required)
