Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the construction industry, and be capable of ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
• Monitor workforce, equipment, and materials on the job site.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction standards.
• Track project progress and report daily updates to management.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct routine site inspections and resolve any issues or delays.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications and drawings.
• Maintain accurate site documentation including logs, checklists, and reports.
• Assist with material procurement and inventory tracking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction supervision or site management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Basic knowledge of safety and compliance practices.
• Familiarity with site documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of construction software/tools is a plus.
