Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily work activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Assign duties to team members and monitor performance to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide on-the-job training, technical guidance, and continuous support to team members.
  • Supervise site/workplace operations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate records of manpower, materials, and daily work progress.
  • Communicate effectively with management and workers to coordinate operations smoothly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to higher management.
  • Motivate team members and maintain discipline at the workplace.

Requirements:
