Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities across departments/sections.
- Allocate work to staff and ensure targets and timelines are met.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Coordinate with departments such as Production, Stores, Maintenance, HR, and Security.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters to management.
- Maintain daily reports on manpower, production, and activities.
- Support training and induction of new employees.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S practices at the workplace.
- Assist management in implementing operational improvements.
- Handle basic administrative duties and documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting).
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of safety, discipline, and operational procedures.
- Ability to handle manpower and work under pressure.
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduate / Diploma (any discipline).
- Technical qualification is an advantage depending on industry.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing, construction, logistics, or services.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
