Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities across departments/sections.
  • Allocate work to staff and ensure targets and timelines are met.
  • Monitor employee performance, attendance, and discipline.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Production, Stores, Maintenance, HR, and Security.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters to management.
  • Maintain daily reports on manpower, production, and activities.
  • Support training and induction of new employees.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S practices at the workplace.
  • Assist management in implementing operational improvements.
  • Handle basic administrative duties and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of safety, discipline, and operational procedures.
  • Ability to handle manpower and work under pressure.

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum: Graduate / Diploma (any discipline).
  • Technical qualification is an advantage depending on industry.

Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing, construction, logistics, or services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
