Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations (inward, storage, and outward of materials).
  • Receive materials as per Purchase Order (PO) and verify quantity, quality, and documents.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/manual registers.
  • Issue materials to departments against authorized requisitions.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
  • Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
  • Maintain housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards in the store.
  • Prevent material loss, damage, or pilferage.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Inventory management and stock control knowledge.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/SAP preferred).
  • Good documentation and record-keeping ability.
  • Numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead store assistants/helpers.
  • Understanding of safety and material handling practices.

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum: Graduate / Diploma (any discipline).
  • Certification in Stores/Inventory/Material Management is an advantage.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience as Store Incharge / Store Keeper in manufacturing, construction, or logistics.

Working Conditions

  • Industrial / warehouse environment.
  • May involve handling heavy materials and working in shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
