Cupcake Queen Qatar is seeking a dedicated, proactive, and highly organized Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained. The Supervisor will act as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring smooth operations while upholding the company's policies, quality standards, and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Supervise daily bakery and store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all opening, closing, and operational procedures are followed correctly.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and overall performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and product availability.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and support staff to achieve company goals and service standards.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates to team members.
- Assist in training new employees and coaching existing staff.
- Address employee concerns and escalate serious matters to management when necessary.
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
Customer Service
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service and a positive experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Support the team during busy periods and maintain service quality under pressure.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily operational reports and submit updates to the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently implemented.
- Report operational issues, maintenance concerns, and staff-related matters promptly.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations, food safety requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain workplace safety and ensure all staff follow established procedures.
- Protect company assets and ensure proper use of equipment and resources.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Performance Expectations
The Supervisor is expected to ensure operational excellence, maintain team discipline, support business growth, and contribute to the overall success of Cupcake Queen Qatar while reporting directly to the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
