Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor – Architectural Metal Works to oversee site execution of architectural metal projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal fabrication and installation, along with a valid UAE driving license to manage site mobility and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of architectural metal works such as stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum structures, handrails, balustrades, and decorative metal elements
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for smooth execution
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines
• Monitor workforce productivity and maintain discipline on-site
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Arrange materials, tools, and equipment required at site
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors when required
• Provide daily progress reports to management

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Fabrication or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural metal or steel works
• Strong knowledge of fabrication and installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Good communication and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple sites and deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fit-out or façade-related metal works
• Knowledge of site safety standards in UAE
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting)

Benefits

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
