What You’ll Do
As a Supervisor Clinical (RN), you will report to the Practice Manager of the respective site within BMG. In collaboration with the Practice Manager, is responsible for the effective coordination of all daily operational support functions of the assigned facility and performs duties necessary to maintain a smooth functioning and efficient physician office. Responds to daily operational issues when the Practice Manager is absent or unavailable.

What You Bring
As a Supervisor Clinical (RN), this position requires a comprehensive working knowledge of general medical office methods, practices, procedures, and medical record filing systems, as well as an understanding of third-party reimbursement processes and requirements, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance carriers. The position also requires proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and the application of established and specialized technical coding processes. Strong computer skills, including data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), are essential. Additionally, the role demands strong leadership abilities to gain the cooperation and support of staff and physicians, along with the organizational and analytical skills necessary to assess situations, resolve problems in a timely manner, and effectively manage day-to-day operational challenges. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to interact successfully with a diverse group of individuals and provide clear, effective explanations. A commitment to continuous professional growth is also important, including a strong interest in developing leadership capabilities and actively participating in management development activities
