About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced
Supervisor Incorporation & Corporate Services
to lead our corporate administration and entity management team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong UAE regulatory knowledge who can manage client portfolios, oversee company incorporations, and ensure high-quality delivery of corporate services.
The successful candidate will supervise a team, manage key client relationships, and ensure compliance with all UAE regulatory frameworks across mainland and free zone jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage company incorporation across UAE jurisdictions (mainland, free zones, offshore), including coordination of approvals, documentation, and licensing.

Advise clients on suitable legal structures, business activities, shareholding arrangements, and compliance requirements.

Manage corporate services operations: license renewals, amendments, UBO filing, attestations, Corporate Tax/VAT registration, and general entity administration.

Supervise Corporate Service Executives and PROs, ensuring work quality, timelines, and adherence to SLAs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client portfolios, maintaining strong communication and service excellence.

Review and validate corporate documents, resolutions, applications, and compliance submissions.

Ensure accurate and complete client records within internal systems.

Support bank account opening processes, KYC documentation, and coordination with financial institutions.

Stay updated on UAE legislation and regulatory changes affecting corporate services, AML/CTF, UBO, VAT, and Corporate Tax.

Drive process improvements, standardize workflows, and strengthen compliance controls.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.

25 years of UAE experience in corporate services, business setup, free zone administration, PRO services, or regulatory compliance.

Supervisory experience in a similar environment.

In-depth knowledge of UAE corporate regulations, free zone authorities, AML/KYC, UBO, and licensing frameworks.

Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.

High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Proficiency with CRM or case-management systems; Arabic is a plus.
