Supervisor (DAE Civil)

Premier Services is an Islamabad-based company providing services in construction and renovation. We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee our construction/renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise construction work at the site independently, ensuring projects run smoothly, within budget, and on time.

-Ensure construction work aligns with architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

-Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

-Maintain and prepare accurate site records, documentation, and reports.

-Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, manage labor, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to technical specifications.

-Collaborate with teams to resolve site issues and ensure timely completion.

-Conduct material and rates estimations and prepare BBS etc.

-Utilize AutoCAD for drawing and design modifications.

-Monitor site safety and enforce safety protocols.

Requirements:

- DAE Civil with 2-3 years of experience in construction/Renovation site supervision

- Proficient in reading and understanding architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Excellent knowledge of layouts, BOQs, BBS, technical parameters, and tools.

- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and relocate anywhere in Pakistan.

- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
