Supervisor – Dewatering & Piling

We are hiring an experienced Supervisor – Dewatering & Piling to join our team for infrastructure projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily dewatering and piling activities on site.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Engineer on site activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in dewatering and piling works.
• Dubai infrastructure project experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of dewatering systems, piling methods, excavation support, and shoring works.
• Experience in roads, bridges, tunnels, underpasses, and utility infrastructure projects.
• Ability to supervise site teams and manage daily site operations.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• UAE experience is required.
