Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee all electrical installation works on-site. The ideal candidate will manage electrical teams, ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and distribution networks
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and load schedules
• Proven experience supervising electrical teams
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and electrical codes
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site electrical issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily electrical installation and testing activities
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance of electrical teams
• Ensure electrical works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, safety, and compliance
• Manage electrical materials, tools, and inventory on-site
• Enforce safety protocols and report any issues
