Supervisor Electrical

Job Title: Electrical Supervisor – High-Rise Building Construction

Job Summary:
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all electrical installation activities on high-rise building construction projects. The role ensures that electrical works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily electrical installation works at the construction site.
• Ensure electrical works such as cable laying, DB installation, conduit work, lighting systems, power distribution, grounding, and low voltage systems are executed as per approved drawings.
• Interpret electrical construction drawings, shop drawings, and schematics.
• Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, MEP team, subcontractors, and site management.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the project timeline.
• Assign tasks to electricians and helpers and ensure work productivity.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Ensure all electrical works follow safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Assist in material handling, equipment installation, and site preparation.
• Attend technical inspections with consultants and project engineers.
• Report daily site progress and manpower utilization to the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction works for high-rise building projects.
• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, low voltage systems, and earthing.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial tower construction is preferred.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and construction site procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
